- prepared/ maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality, including inspection reports, NCR.
- perform material inspection for customer at vendors end.
- Rejection report & its DATA.
- having a knowledge of process of Perform incoming inspections for raw material.
- Knowledge of Conducting RCA through quality module.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain records and documentation as per ISO.
- Collaborate and negotiation skill with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain quality standards
- having a knowledge of IS, IEC and other international standards relevant to transformer industries.
- Inspection and testing skills of transformer components.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Updating ERP Data Base.
Qualification:
-BE/B-Tech (Elect/Mech) or Diploma (Elect/Mech)
- Min 3 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for BE/B-Tech or min. 5 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for Diploma.
