**Your New Role**
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving high\-quality analysis and providing strategic advice across complex initiatives. You'll partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions and ensure outcomes are aligned to member and organisational priorities. Working across enterprise and value stream initiatives, you'll help improve member experiences, optimise business processes and support strategic decision\-making through insights, analysis and solution design.
**Some key responsibilities include:**
* Planning and executing the business analysis approach, including stakeholder analysis, requirements management and scope definition. * Facilitating workshops to understand current and future state processes and requirements. * Eliciting, analysing, documenting and managing requirements through artefacts such as business requirements documents, user stories and process flows. * Conducting impact assessments, gap analysis and solution evaluations. * Managing requirements traceability throughout the initiative lifecycle. * Identifying and managing risks, issues and interdependencies across initiatives. * Driving continuous improvement and supporting best practice business analysis standards across the organisation.
**How do you exceed our expectations?**
* Experience in superannuation (essential) and superannuation registry systems e.g. Sonata (desirable). * 5\+ years' experience as a Business Analyst working across complex business and technology initiatives. * Strong experience across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. * Deep knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies such as BABOK, UML, BPM and business architecture disciplines. * Hands\-on experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro. * Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. * Experience in vendor management (desirable) * Experience working with superannuation contact centre/Advice or Member Admin teams (desirable).
