Duration: initial 6-month contract with planned extension

Rate: 140-170 PLN/h
Responsibilities:
-
Design, develop and maintain backend applications in the JVM ecosystem
-
Solve technical problems using AI tools and coding agents
-
Design application architecture and make technical decisions
-
Create and maintain automated tests
-
Take part in deployments, monitoring and keeping applications stable
-
Look after observability, reliability and performance of the services
-
Take part in on-call duty and resolve production issues
-
Work with the team on services that handle high traffic
Requirements:
-
Experience at Senior Backend Engineer level
-
Very good knowledge of Java or Kotlin and the JVM ecosystem
-
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted programming, especially AI coding agents
-
Ability to delegate tasks to AI effectively and verify the quality of generated code
-
Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to design backend applications independently and make architectural decisions
-
Experience with high-traffic applications
-
Independence and ownership of the full software lifecycle
