The selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team and driving business growth through effective recruitment, training, and mentorship. This role requires a strong focus on developing and nurturing relationships with agents to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve sales objectives.
- Train and mentor agents on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Drive business growth by setting clear goals and providing ongoing support to agents.
