**Core Responsibilities**
* **Talent Acquisition:** Managing end\-to\-end hiring processes including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. * **Employee Lifecycle \& Relations:** Overseeing probation, transfers, exits, and final settlements. Serving as a point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution. * **Performance \& Compensation:** Assisting with performance appraisals, increments, and HRIS/payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team. * **Compliance:** Ensuring adherence to statutory labor laws and internal company policies.
**Typical Requirements (Gurugram Market)**
* **Experience:** Generally 4 to 8 years of relevant corporate HR experience. * **Education:** MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent PGDM. * **Skills:** Strong communication, HRIS management, and an analytical mindset.
Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
