Job Purpose
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining company and client websites, creating landing pages, supporting digital marketing execution, implementing basic analytics and assisting with technical configuration and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:-
A. Website Development and Maintenance
* Design, develop and maintain professional, mobile-responsive websites.
* Work with WordPress, themes, plugins, page builders and website hosting platforms.
* Develop landing pages, enquiry forms and service pages.
* Update website content, layouts, images and navigation.
* Configure domains, DNS, SSL, hosting and business email where required.
* Perform website testing, backups, updates, performance checks and troubleshooting.
* Support basic e-commerce and digital-download website functionality.
B. Digital Marketing Technical Execution
* Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, according to demonstrated proficiency.
* Implement Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
* Configure enquiry forms, tracking pixels and campaign landing pages.
* Monitor website traffic, leads, campaign performance and conversion metrics.
* Prepare performance reports and recommend practical improvements.
* Coordinate with the business development team on campaign requirements and lead-generation objectives.
C. SEO and Website Optimisation
* Implement basic technical and on-page SEO.
* Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and keyword research tools.
* Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and images.
* Identify website errors and opportunities to improve speed, usability and search visibility.
D. Company and Client Projects
The employee will work on:
1. CampusGuru Technologies' corporate website and digital infrastructure.
2. Global Painting Conclave's website, including competition pages, artist profiles, artwork galleries and online digital-art sales.
3. Websites, landing pages and digital solutions for CampusGuru clients.
4. Future CRM, analytics, automation and other digital projects, depending on skills and training.
E. Technical Support and Coordination
* Troubleshoot routine website and digital-platform issues.
* Coordinate with external developers, hosting providers and software vendors when necessary.
* Maintain documentation, access records and project checklists securely.
* Assist with client demonstrations, website handovers and basic user training.
* Ensure that work is completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
* Graduate in Computer Applications, Computer Science, IT, Web Development or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
* Approximately 2–4 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
* Practical experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
* Familiarity with domains, DNS, hosting, SSL and website troubleshooting.
* Working knowledge of website responsiveness, performance optimisation and basic SEO.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
* Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign execution.
* Good problem-solving, communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
