We’re looking for a hands-on, frontend-leaning full-stack engineer to build media services and user-facing experiences with React and Node.js/TypeScript. You’ll work on products involving video and image content, contributing across development, integrations and production ownership.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain React-based interfaces and Node.js/TypeScript services for media products.

Develop services and APIs that support media ingestion, delivery and embedding across web experiences.

Take features from implementation through deployment, monitoring and ongoing improvement.

Help ensure production services are secure, observable and reliable at scale.

Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to shape and validate new product ideas.

Use production feedback to iterate on systems and product behavior.

Requirements
-
At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js/TypeScript, with a frontend-leaning full-stack profile.

Professional experience in a relevant digital media, publishing, video or image-based product context, including work with multimedia content or its delivery and embedding.

Experience taking full-stack features or products into production and supporting them through monitoring and ongoing maintenance.

Strong experience with AWS and production systems; relevant services include ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, CDK, MediaConvert and CloudFront.

Solid software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work independently on technical tasks.

Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools as part of an everyday engineering workflow.
Nice to have

Experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising; RTB experience is not required.

Experience with real-time or low-latency backend systems.

Knowledge of media delivery, format optimization or scaling.

Familiarity with Python or Rust.
