Job Summary:
Assist in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine items under supervision, maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Chinese starters, main courses, noodles, and rice dishes
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation
Assist in kitchen setup and mise en place
Proper storage and labeling of ingredients
Work efficiently during busy hours under guidance
Requirements:
1–2 years experience in a Chinese kitchen or similar
Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Good hygiene and teamwork skills
