Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control daily manufacturing activities.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments.
- Monitor productivity, rejection rates, downtime, and production costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Prepare production reports and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in manufacturing and shop-floor management.
- Knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ZW3D CAD/CAM is an added advantage for design-intensive or CNC based manufacturing environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
