Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager / Dispatch In\-Charge to oversee end\-to\-end dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate dispatches, coordinating with production, planning, logistics, transporters, and warehouses while maintaining inventory accuracy, documentation compliance, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per sales orders and dispatch schedules. * Coordinate with Production, Stores, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure timely product availability. * Manage finished goods dispatch, loading, vehicle placement, and route planning. * Ensure accurate preparation and verification of dispatch documents including invoices, e\-way bills, delivery challans, transporter documents, and other statutory requirements. * Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and optimize dispatch efficiency. * Liaise with transporters to ensure timely deliveries and resolve transit\-related issues. * Maintain accurate dispatch records, inventory reconciliation, and stock movement reports. * Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable. * Monitor dispatch KPIs such as OTIF (On\-Time In\-Full), dispatch accuracy, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance. * Lead and supervise dispatch staff, loaders, and contract manpower. * Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. * Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to resolve dispatch\-related queries and customer complaints. * Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills

* Experience in dispatch operations within Food, FMCG, or Consumer Products manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation, inventory management, and warehouse operations. * Hands\-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar). * Good understanding of GST documentation, e\-way bills, and transportation regulations. * Strong planning, coordination, and team management skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics operations within Food, FMCG, or Consumer Products manufacturing. * Experience handling high\-volume dispatches from a manufacturing facility. * Willing to work from the factory located on Wada\-Manor Road, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
