Qualifications
- Technical/Vocational Diploma or Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities, property, or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, preventive maintenance, and building maintenance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, reading technical drawings, and using Facilities Management Systems (FMS).
- Preferably TESDA-certified (NC II/III) and with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, decisive, and able to lead technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and technical staff.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of campus facilities and MEPFS systems.
- Manage FMS tickets, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance of maintenance work and contractor performance.
- Monitor equipment, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and technical reports.
- Support emergency response, facility projects, and regulatory compliance.
