**Qualifications**
* Appropriate university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical senior\-level experience * **5\+ years of commercial .NET development experience using C\# and ASP.NET Core** * **At least 3 years of experience working on a complex multi\-tenant SaaS product** * Solid understanding of **RESTful API design, SQL databases, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework** * Proficiency in **React or Angular for building and maintaining complex SaaS UI components** * Experience with **cloud platforms, preferably Azure** * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** * Proven Agile/Scrum experience, including leading sprint ceremonies or mentoring junior developers * Experience with Git and code review processes * Professional experience using AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, Claude, Devin, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent * Ability to critically evaluate AI\-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability * Comfortable working in an AI\-first engineering culture with continuously evolving tools and workflows * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Excellent technical .NET coding ability * Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and async collaboration skills * Senior\-level experience owning significant features or subsystems in a complex SaaS product * Experience reviewing and validating AI\-generated code in a production codebase is highly regarded * Prior experience mentoring or technically leading developers is an advantage
**Responsibilities**
* Own significant features and subsystems on the Atlas SaaS platform from technical design to production deployment using C\# and .NET * Use Cursor as the primary agentic IDE to navigate the platform, generate context\-aware code, refactor, and implement features across multiple files * Delegate well\-scoped engineering tasks to Devin, including test generation, dependency upgrades, bug reproduction scripts, and documentation updates * Review, validate, and mentor AI\-generated output before merging to production branches * Use Claude for technical reasoning, architecture decision drafting, code review assistance, documentation, and design trade\-off evaluation * Collaborate with the Sydney\-based Engineering Manager and team to plan, estimate, and deliver product features in Agile/Scrum * Contribute to technical roadmap discussions and help shape engineering best practices * Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews, including critical review of AI\-generated code * Troubleshoot and resolve platform defects while using AI tools to accelerate root cause analysis and candidate fixes * Integrate third\-party APIs and internal microservices based on product roadmap requirements * Write and maintain unit and integration tests using AI to support scaffolding, edge\-case scenarios, and coverage reporting * Act as an AI tooling advocate by staying current with developer AI tools, running experiments, and sharing learnings with the team
