About the Role
Join a growing B2B SaaS team selling AI-powered business communication software. You will run high-volume inbound demos, own the sales process from first contact through close, and help improve the sales motion in partnership with Marketing and Customer Success.
What You'll Do

Run multiple daily discovery calls and product demos for qualified inbound leads, explaining the product's business value.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, working toward monthly and quarterly quota targets.

Organize warm leads, prepare timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data.

Coordinate smooth handovers to Customer Success after deals close.

Share customer feedback with Marketing and contribute to reliable sales forecasting.

Collaborate with the team to refine the sales process as the business grows.
What We're Looking For

At least one year of B2B SaaS sales experience, including end-to-end closing responsibility.

A demonstrated record of closing deals through a structured sales funnel.

Experience as an individual-contributor Account Executive, running frequent inbound discovery calls and product demos.

Native-level German and confident phone and demo presence.

Strong product and technical understanding, with experience managing leads, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and quota targets.

Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
OTE is €70,000 to €120,000, consisting of base salary plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
