- Invoice creation
- Understanding and operating the warehouse (inventory) management system
- Communication with customers regarding inbound and outbound operations
- Support: Support for sales activities and collection activities
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration (electricity costs, etc.) pricing systems
- Basic knowledge of logistics products
- Participation in weekly meetings
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
- More than half of the tasks will be new business development (not alone for about 6 months, with a Japanese manager).
- Depending on the situation, the proportion of administrative work may increase.
- Once a new customer is acquired, I don't just hand it off to the administrator, but handle all the practical work myself.
