**Job Summary**
Codesapient Labs Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Web Designer with 1–1\.5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of website layout design, responsive interfaces, and modern UI/UX principles. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user\-friendly, and responsive websites while collaborating with developers to deliver high\-quality web solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design clean, modern, and user\-friendly website layouts. * Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Convert Figma designs into responsive HTML and CSS pages. * Develop and customize web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. * Create wireframes, mockups, and UI components in Figma. * Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, and design elements. * Improve existing website layouts and enhance user experience. * Collaborate with developers and project managers to implement designs. * Test website designs across different browsers and screen sizes. * Ensure websites follow modern UI/UX, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
**Required Skills**
* Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3\. * Good experience with Bootstrap. * Proficiency in Figma. * Understanding of UI/UX design principles. * Strong knowledge of responsive web design. * Ability to design clean and modern website layouts. * Basic understanding of browser compatibility and web accessibility. * Excellent attention to detail and creative problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1–1\.5 years of professional web design experience. * Portfolio showcasing website layouts, responsive designs, or Figma projects. * Basic knowledge of JavaScript. * Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
