Job Summary
Codesapient Labs Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1–1.5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of website layout design, responsive interfaces, and modern UI/UX principles. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites while collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly website layouts.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive HTML and CSS pages.
- Develop and customize web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and UI components in Figma.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, and design elements.
- Improve existing website layouts and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to implement designs.
- Test website designs across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Ensure websites follow modern UI/UX, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Good experience with Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design.
- Ability to design clean and modern website layouts.
- Basic understanding of browser compatibility and web accessibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–1.5 years of professional web design experience.
- Portfolio showcasing website layouts, responsive designs, or Figma projects.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
