Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support technical talent sourcing and internal HR coordination. This is a 6-month internship focused primarily on candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for open technical roles, as well as day-to-day recruitment administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates for open technical positions using job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes against job requirements and shortlist candidates based on relevance, experience, and salary fit
- Maintain and update candidate trackers/pipelines accurately
Coordination & Internal Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels
- Support offer management and onboarding documentation as needed
- Assist with internal HR coordination tasks and recruitment reporting
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills — mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment
- Prior exposure to job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus, but not mandatory
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
