Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to establish and lead the Human Resources department for a fast-growing multi-unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and driving people-focused initiatives from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities* Build and establish the HR department from scratch.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and organizational processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate roles.
- Design and implement onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs.
- Develop performance management and appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate manpower planning with operations and training teams.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Create career progression plans and support organizational growth.
Candidate Profile* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or QSR.
- Proven experience in setting up HR systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
