About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to establish and lead the Human Resources department for a fast\-growing multi\-unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and driving people\-focused initiatives from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities* Build and establish the HR department from scratch. * Develop HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and organizational processes. * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate roles. * Design and implement onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs. * Develop performance management and appraisal systems. * Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. * Coordinate manpower planning with operations and training teams. * Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation. * Create career progression plans and support organizational growth.
Candidate Profile* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred). * Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or QSR. * Proven experience in setting up HR systems and processes. * Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.
