SAP P2P Functional Process Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable, invoice management and e-invoicing.
Location: Remote / regular visits to the office in Berlin Start: 01.12.2026 or earlier Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension Travel: Occasional travel may be required (TBD) Language: English - fluent; German is a plus
Your responsibilities

Implement and optimise Accounts Payable, invoice management and payment processes based on SAP FI and SAP MM.

Support the implementation of end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including e-invoicing.

Translate business requirements into functional process designs and SAP solutions aligned with standard SAP functionalities.

Support testing, validation and resolution of functional issues during implementation.

Define functional requirements for SAP interfaces and integrations with upstream systems.

Prepare process documentation and user manuals.

Cooperate with business and IT stakeholders and support change management activities.
What we’re looking for

Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI, especially Accounts Payable, PO and FI invoice management.

Good knowledge of SAP MM and its integration with invoice and payment processes.

Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and SAP standard processes.

Hands-on experience with functional process design, blueprint implementation and process optimisation.

Practical experience with e-invoicing.

Understanding of SAP interfaces, process integration and automation opportunities.

Ability to independently analyse requirements, identify process gaps and propose functional solutions.

Experience supporting implementation and testing activities.

Strong ownership, structured approach and good stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English; German is an advantage.
