Corvids Lab is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can do more than just engineering.
We are looking for someone who can understand complex technical requirements, communicate confidently with US clients, lead technical discussions, and help us win projects.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
- Work with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud automation.
- Troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure challenges.
- Join client interviews and technical discovery calls.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and confidently represent Corvids Lab.
- Support the BD team in technical project closing.
- Take ownership of projects after closing and work closely with the delivery team.
- Communicate directly with international and US-based clients throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
- Comfortable conducting technical interviews and client meetings.
- Ability to understand business requirements, not just technical requirements.
- Proven ability to convert technical discussions into project opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with US clients is highly preferred.
- Experience in staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, or remote consulting models is highly preferred.
- US-based education or graduate background is a plus.

Compensation
Salary: Competitive and depends on experience.
In addition to the base salary, this role includes a performance-based project commission.
You can earn a handsome commission on projects you successfully help close, giving you an opportunity to increase your monthly earnings based on your contribution to business growth.
