Responsibilities:
1. Financial Overview

Own and maintain the company’s financial model, cash flow forecasts, and monthly financial reporting

Prepare financial dashboards and summaries for the founders and leadership team

Track key financial metrics (revenue, margins, burn rate, runway) and flag deviations proactively
-
Coordinate with external accountants and finance advisors on compliance, audits, and tax planning
-
Support budgeting and scenario planning for new projects and business verticals
2. Operational Overview

Map and monitor end-to-end operational workflows across supply chain, fulfilment, and customer experience
-
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and implement process improvements
-
Build and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency as the team scales
-
Collaborate with department leads to set and track OKRs and operational KPIs
-
Prepare weekly/monthly operational dashboards for leadership review
3. Investor Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors — scheduling updates, sharing reports, and managing communications

Draft and distribute quarterly investor updates, board decks, and ad-hoc reports
-
Research and build a pipeline of potential investors, VCs, and strategic partners
-
Support due diligence processes and data room management for fundraising rounds

Track cap table updates and coordinate with legal counsel on shareholder matters
4. Deck & Document Management

Create, maintain, and iterate on pitch decks, partnership proposals, and strategy presentations

Ensure all key documents (investor decks, financials, brand guidelines) are version-controlled and up to date

Design presentation materials for board meetings, partner pitches, and internal all-hands
-
Manage a centralised document repository accessible to founders and key stakeholders
5. Founder Assistance

Act as an extension of the founding team — anticipating needs, removing blockers, and driving decisions forward

Manage the founders’ strategic priorities, ensuring alignment between daily executionand long-term vision

Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and agendas ahead of key meetings and events

Handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
6. Follow-Up on Behalf of the Founders

Own follow-up communication with investors, partners, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the founders
-
Track action items from meetings and ensure timely execution and accountability
-
Maintain a follow-up cadence system to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
-
Represent the founders professionally in external communications when delegated
7. Working with Founders to Increase Efficiencies

Audit current workflows and identify areas where the founders’ time can be betterallocated
-
Introduce tools, automations, and frameworks that streamline decision-making and communication
-
Build a rhythm of weekly founder syncs, priority reviews, and retrospective check-ins
-
Proactively surface insights, data, and recommendations that help the founders make faster, smarter decisions
8. New Initiatives Vertical

Research, evaluate, and recommend new business opportunities, product lines, or market expansions
-
Lead the scoping and early-stage execution of new verticals from ideation through pilot
-
Build business cases with financial projections, competitive analysis, and go-to-market plans

Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new initiatives from concept to launch

Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural shifts to keep Crepdog Crew ahead of the curve
Looking for:

2–3 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment
-
MBA is a plus, but not mandatory—we value strong problem-solving, ownership, and execution skills over formal qualifications
