Warehouse Operations Executive Apparel & Sneakers
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage inbound and outbound warehouse activities, inventory control, and online order dispatches. The role involves handling MRN/GRN processes, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment across warehouse, store, and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Handle MRN & GRN processes, including verification of delivery challans and supplier invoices.
- Record product details in POS/ERP systems, generate article codes and barcodes, and conduct basic quality checks (QC).
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movement logs, and MIS reports in Excel.
- Support stock audits and promptly report discrepancies, damages, or delays.
Online Orders & Logistics
- Coordinate online order fulfilment with warehouse, store, and office teams.
- Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch as per timelines.
- Coordinate with delivery and logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues or delays.
Communication & Documentation
- Communicate daily updates clearly with internal teams and external partners.
- Draft and respond to basic professional emails related to orders, inventory, and logistics.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, and dispatch processes.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, MRN/GRN, inventory, or logistics roles.
- Working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, inventory sheets, MIS reports).
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in email writing and documentation.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, sneakers, retail, or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in logistics coordination and online order dispatches is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with POS/ERP systems
- Understanding of e-commerce fulfilment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
