Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in both
administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, anticipates needs, and
thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage
multiple priorities while acting as a trusted partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel
arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and executive correspondence with a high level of accuracy and
confidentiality.
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and
timely communication.
- Support project coordination by tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely
execution.
- Handle administrative operations including expense reports, invoices, document management, and office
coordination.

Anticipate executive needs and proactively address administrative or operational challenges.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment at all times.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative
support role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Experience supporting senior leadership and coordinating with multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.
