Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business process improvement projects, system enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives. The role will collaborate with shoreside and shipboard teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop process maps, business cases, use cases, and impact analyses.
Support process improvement projects and system enhancements from initiation through post-implementation.
Conduct process reviews, data analysis, and systems testing.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Experience in business analysis, project delivery, or process improvement.
Knowledge of business requirements documentation, process mapping, and systems testing.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, SDLC, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and ArchiMate modeling.
Proficiency in MS Office and Visio; AWS knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
