Fullstack Software Engineer – Java & Angular
We are looking for a senior-level full-stack developer who is comfortable working across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, and who understands how modern distributed systems are designed, built, and operated. This role requires strong technical ownership, architectural awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, cloud-native environment.
Project Description — Digital Customer Ecosystem
We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of digital tools for our customers that unifies eCommerce, Product Information and Content leading to into a single coherent Self-Service experience. Our ambition is to support the entire lifecycle: discovery → evaluation → purchase → usage → support → repeat business.
Technology Stack
Backend – Java:
· Strong expertise in Java
· Advanced experience with Spring Boot
· Design and implementation of REST APIs
· Solid testing experience: JUnit 5, Mockito, component & integration testing
· Practical experience with event-driven architectures: Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus
· Build and dependency management using Maven
· Containerization of backend services using Docker
Frontend – Angular:
· Strong hands-on experience with Angular
· Excellent knowledge of: TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS,
· Experience with: Angular Material, CDK, Material Design
· Working knowledge of Web Components
· Familiarity with Node.js and NPM
· Automated frontend testing: Playwright, Selenium
Platform, Architecture & Data:
· Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
· Working knowledge of AKS / Docker SwarmandCI/CD pipelines and automation Jenkins, Azure Devops
· Version control and code collaboration: Git, Upsource
· Experience with microservice architectures
· API-based & Event-driven based system design
· Practical work with data storage solutions: MS SQL, MongoDB, MySQL
· Ability to collaborate with architects on solution design and technical direction
Responsibilities
· Work in a cross-functional team across backend, frontend, testing, and architecture
· Design, implement, and evolve business logic on both backend and frontend
· Build and maintain clean, testable, and maintainable codebases
· Develop, integrate, and operate applications within Azure cloud services
· Integrate services with: messaging platforms, data buses, relational and NoSQL databases and external systems
· Design and implement microservices and API-based systems
· Apply event-driven and messaging-based integration patterns
· Support the implementation of component tests (Java, Gherkin)
· Support the implementation of automated tests (Selenium, Playwright)
· Participate in architecture and solution planning
· Actively participate in a Scrum-based team, including: task breakdown, estimations and continuous improvement

About the opportunity
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you shape the Digital Customer Ecosystem that brings together eCommerce, product information, and digital services into one seamless self‑service experience. You work across backend, frontend, and cloud environments, taking ownership of scalable, distributed systems in Azure. You design and implement high‑quality software that supports every step of the customer journey—from discovery to repeat business.
Your tasks include
- Designing, developing, and improving backend and frontend functionality using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Building clean, maintainable, and testable codebases, including automated tests (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Playwright).
- Creating and scaling REST APIs, microservices, and event‑driven integrations (Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus).
- Deploying and operating applications in Azure Cloud, including containerized workloads (AKS / Docker Swarm).
- Integrating with messaging platforms, APIs, relational and NoSQL databases (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Collaborating closely with architects, product owners, QA, and cross‑functional engineers to shape technical direction.
- Working in a Scrum team, contributing to estimations, planning, and continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
- Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), Docker, and Git-based collaboration.
- Solid understanding of automated testing across backend and frontend.
- Ability to work independently and take technical ownership in complex, cloud‑native environments.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in agile, cross‑functional teams.
