Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, and automated workflows.
This role will focus on building scalable and secure AI applications using Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, and establish best practices for enterprise AI development.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development & Automation
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services.
- Build intelligent workflows and agent orchestration solutions to automate business processes.
- Implement agent capabilities such as tool calling, context management, and multi-step workflows.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and integrate AI agents with enterprise applications.
- Implement human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure appropriate oversight and control.
AI Architecture & Integration
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable AI components and frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with existing applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Optimize LLM selection, performance, response quality, and operational costs.
AI Security, Governance & Monitoring
- Implement AI guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, and security controls.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.
- Establish AI evaluation, benchmarking, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of deployed AI solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience developing AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, or Azure OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI.
- Experience with AI orchestration, tool calling, and agent-based workflows.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with Azure AI Search and cloud-based AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI security, guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, and data privacy.
- Experience with AI evaluation, performance monitoring, and observability.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud architecture, services, and integrations.
- Programming experience in Python and/or C#/.NET.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and software development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
