Are you a Senior Java Developer who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, modernizing existing applications, and building solutions that make a real difference?
Join a growing engineering team within the banking and financial services industry, where technology meets business innovation. You’ll work on an application supporting periodic KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews, contributing to important regulatory initiatives and business improvements.

🚀 What will you do?

Analyze and understand the existing application architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement and modernization.

Develop and modernize the application stack using the latest frameworks and technologies.

Design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.

Work in a small, agile engineering pod of 4–6 developers, where collaboration and ownership matter.

Partner closely with development, testing, implementation, Operations, and Digital teams to deliver regulatory initiatives and business enhancements.

Contribute to engineering excellence by applying Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps practices.

Explore modern architectural approaches, including microservices and Agentic AI, where relevant.
🧠 What makes you a great fit?

12+ years of hands-on software design and development experience, particularly with Java, Spring, and Kafka.

Strong expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot.

Experience working with modern application architectures and microservices.

Familiarity with Agentic AI is an additional advantage.

A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, TDD, and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with both engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with international teams in a diverse environment.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
👥 Your team
You’ll join a young, expanding, and friendly engineering team within the Client Onboarding function. The team takes pride in the quality of its work and develops solutions supporting periodic KYC reviews.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues from Operations, Digital, and other engineering teams in an international environment where knowledge sharing, technical quality, and teamwork are essential.
