We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer with a proactive approach to ownership, driving
initiatives and ensuring high\-quality outcomes that align with both technical and product
goals.
You Will:
* Be working primarily on a set of digital products focused on consumer facing
containerized web \& mobile applications, content streaming, distributed data stores,
data engineering \& analytics, serverless functions \& hosting of API's.
* Be responsible for doing all the technical implementation as per the requests in JIRA
for different self\-hosted \& managed resources on AWS in an automated fashion,
using the best practices of DevOps, security \& cost optimisation.
* Be creating all the automation scripts in Gitlab \& aware of the Gitflow model for pull
requests.
* Create documentation for everything Cloud DevOps in Confluence. * Be self\-driven, individual contributor, aware of Agile Scrum methodology to
participate in project activities.
You must have:
* Graduate with 8\-10 years of relevant work experience in AWS \& DevOps. * Extremely knowledgeable on Linux, Shell Scripting, AWS core services (VPC, EC2 S3
IAM, RDS), Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, ArgoCD,GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible,
Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana.•Regular use of AI tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform and AWS
CLI scripting, with the ability to refine AI\-generated configurations and validate
changes using practices such as terraform plan and dry runs.
* Strong operating system fundamentals with a focus on performance optimisation \&
reliability of the system.
* Good to have experience working with distributed systems \& databases (SQL,
NoSQL, Cache), stream\-processing (Kafka), message\-queuing (RabbitMQ) \& search \&
analytics platform (ELK).
