**Your Role In One Line:**
We are looking for a *Content Strategist*.
This is predominantly a strategic writing role.
You are 100% responsible for the posts that go out under your client’s name, from first idea to final publish.
**Your 3 Key Responsibilities**
**1\. End\-to\-End Content Ownership \- 70%**
You own ideation, drafting, and revisions for your clients, start to finish. No one's holding your hand through it.
The expectation is clear: We write content only our clients could've written, never content that could've come from anyone.
Meaning we pull ideas from calls, voice notes, podcasts, client resources \- and have an eye for 1 of 1 ideas.
What you're measured on:
* Hitting the client's KPIs \- calls booked, DMs received, newsletter subs. Whatever the number is, you hit it. * Growing their following \- every client, every month. * Backing up your ideas \- for any post, you can tell us why it's worth doing and what it's supposed to drive.
**2\. Maintain Client Relationship \- 20%**
You also have the privilege of being the main point of contact for the accounts you manage.
That means you will:
\-Lead weekly content calls \-Own daily communication \-Communicate performance data \-Find ways to overdeliver
Your role is to over\-communicate and make the client feel like a passenger princess.
**3\. Platform Awareness \& Continuous Optimization \- 10%**
You write with pattern recognition, constantly asking: “Why did this post work? Why did this one NOT work?”
You will spend meaningful time on X (Twitter) \& LinkedIn, noticing emerging formats and what’s going viral.
**Must\-Haves**
You should check all of these boxes:
* You can juggle multiple clients simultaneously * You can hold your ground when on a call with someone of significance * You can prioritize and manage your own schedule * You must have a strong internal AI detector, and conversational writing ability * You have deep familiarity with X (Twitter) and LinkedIn as platforms * You are growth\-oriented and secure in yourself * You see work as an arena for personal development
**Nice\-to\-Haves**
Not required, but will help your application:
* You have 2\+ years writing for executives and founders online * You have an active presence on X (Twitter) and/or LinkedIn

**Growth Path**
Your default growth plan is Senior Strategist → Head of Content Department
Head of Content Department:
* Run their own pods of multiple senior strategists * Earn a revenue share on clients managed
**Logistics**
You’ll report to: CEO \& COO Location: Remote Schedule: Flexible, heavy overlap with EST Hours: 40\-50/week Weekends: When deadlines require it Compensation: up to $100k/year
