About the Role
We are looking for an AI Pod Lead to own the creative direction, production quality and business performance of an AI micro-drama pod.
You will lead AI Content Producers, AI Filmmakers and Video Editors, overseeing production from story development to final delivery.
This role combines creative judgment, production leadership and business ownership.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end AI micro-drama production, from concept to delivery.
- Own creative direction, storytelling and production quality.
- Lead AI Content Producers, AI Filmmakers and Video Editors.
- Define creative briefs, workflows and quality standards.
- Oversee production and post-production, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
- Guide Content Producers on stories, hooks and cliffhangers.
- Review episodes and improve creative quality and engagement.
- Build scalable production processes without compromising quality.
- Own pod-level business performance, including revenue, CAC and content returns.
- Use performance data to improve creative decisions and efficiency.
- Align priorities with StoryTV's Content and Business teams.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in content, creative production or entertainment.
- Experience leading creative teams and end-to-end production.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, character development and episodic pacing.
- Track record of delivering content quality and business outcomes.
- Experience managing high-volume production workflows.
- Ability to balance creative ambition, timelines and business priorities.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and evolving production workflows.
KPIs
- Revenue, CAC and overall business performance of AI dramas.
- Watch time, audience engagement and completion rates.
- Creative quality and content performance.
- Production output, delivery timelines and operational efficiency.
