Role: Social Media Executive
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Executive to plan, create, and publish content across Eloelo’s social channels for Story TV, Master, Dolphin AI, and Connecto. You’ll own day-to-day social execution, turn our shows and courses into scroll-stopping content, and help grow our communities across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Script, create, and publish reels, Shorts, stories, carousels, and posts. Turn show clips, characters, and course content into engaging social formats.
- Spot trends, memes, audio, and formats early and adapt them quickly for our brands.
- Write sharp captions and copy in English and Hindi, and in other regional languages where possible.
- Work with designers, video editors, and the content team to brief and review creatives.
- Coordinate with influencers and creators on collaborations, show launches, and campaigns.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and conversations, and flag sensitive issues or backlash early.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, shares, and app traffic from social) and share weekly insights.
- Research competitors and other content apps to find new ideas and formats.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or content marketing, preferably with a consumer brand, media company, or agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Indian internet culture.
- Hands-on editing skills with CapCut, InShot, VN, or Premiere Pro, and design skills in Canva or similar tools.
- Strong writing skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with platform analytics such as Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
- Creative, curious, fast-moving, and organised enough to manage multiple calendars at once.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with entertainment, OTT, drama, edtech, or consumer app content.
- A personal page or portfolio with real growth and engagement.
- Fluency in a regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, or Bengali.
- Experience running influencer or creator campaigns.
- Comfort using AI tools for content (ChatGPT, Midjourney, or AI video tools).
