What You'll Actually Do
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested code for features that go live in front of millions of users.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand system design decisions and pick up strong engineering practices fast.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, contributing to both frontend-facing and backend-facing services.
- Debug, optimize, and fix issues across the stack — and learn to think about scale, not just correctness.
- Take part in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning — and grow your voice in the room.
What You Bring

Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOPs.

Working knowledge of Java; exposure to GoLang or Python is a plus.

Understanding of concurrency and multi-threading basics.

Some hands-on experience (internship, projects, or 0-2 years professional) building and deploying applications.

Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and REST API design.

A genuine eagerness to learn, take feedback well, and grow quickly.

Exposure to distributed systems or queue systems like Kafka.
