Oracle Finance Functional Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to support a strategic Payment Segmentation Project. The consultant will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing finance-related processes within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), ensuring seamless payment processing and integration with surrounding business functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and document finance and payment-related business requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Financials modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design effective solutions.
- Support payment processing, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in data analysis, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure alignment between finance processes and payment segmentation requirements.
- Provide functional expertise during project workshops and implementation activities.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, and payment processes.
- Proven experience supporting finance transformation or payment-related initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in international project environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with banking integrations and payment hubs.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Experience working with distributed offshore teams.
Other Details
Engagement type is Time & Material (T&M) for a duration of 4 months. Remote work is preferred, with a preference for consultants based in India. The start date is ASAP with full-time workload expected.
