Roles and Responsibilities

Developing Salesforce solutions and supporting other development team members.

Managing and implementing technical designs aligned with business strategy.

Ensuring the integrity and evolution of the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model.

Presenting solution documentation to diverse audiences.

Contributing to the delivery of core model evolution in line with business objectives.

Supporting application rollouts and ensuring adherence to the core model.
Key Requirements
-
Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology or computer science.

7+ years of experience within Salesforce ecosystems.

Mandatory Salesforce certification (Platform Builder I).

Working experience in Service & Community Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce architecture, design, integration technologies (including Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA), Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Javascript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool.

Knowledge of SaFe Framework, GIT, IBM ALM, Boomi or any ETL is an added advantage.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
