Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce technology. This role demands a mix of analytical skills and hands-on expertise in developing solutions using Salesforce products. The successful candidate will engage with various business units to gather requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Salesforce functionality are essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Product Owners to gather, clarify, and size requirements.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions using declarative features.
- Implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions through declarative tools.
- Support testing cycles including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with Architects and Developers to clarify functional needs for complex requirements.
- Manage incidents and apply problem-solving skills.
- Provide L2 & L3 support for Salesforce tickets including triage and resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and defects identification.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
- Create user documentation and training materials.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong ability to clarify business needs.
- Expertise in configuration, data modeling, and user management.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security model.
- Hands-on experience with Flows and data management.
- Ability to understand backend and front-end development processes.
- Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Commitment to best practices in configuration and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience with B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud.
