System Architect - Secure AI Productivity & Modern Endpoints with Microsoft 365

We're currently searching for a System Architect – Secure AI Productivity & Modern Endpoints with Microsoft 365 to become part of our team. Responsibilities

• Contribute to pre-sales efforts tied to projects built around secure, AI-driven workplace solutions spanning Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent365, Entra ID, Purview, Intune, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Break down customer business needs, align them with applicable Microsoft Modern Work, Security, and AI tools, and craft conceptual architecture consistent with Microsoft's recommended practices
• Play a role in RFI/RFP submissions by proposing solutions centered on value, outlining implementation strategies, effort projections, technical assumptions, and supporting architectural rationale
• Craft Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Modern Endpoint solutions aimed at improving collaboration, productivity, security, and overall user experience, while directing engineering teams responsible for customer implementations
• Facilitate technical design workshops and steer implementation teams to confirm solutions are feasible, scalable, secure, compliant, and consistent with Microsoft's cloud architecture guidelines
• Evaluate organizational readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot and agentic AI, then build cohesive governance and security frameworks for enterprise agents through Microsoft Agent 365
• Develop proofs of concept or minimum viable products to confirm architectural approaches and showcase real business value
• Guarantee successful project delivery by overseeing architecture, maintaining governance, and ensuring alignment with enterprise IT, security, and compliance requirements, while teaming up with business and engineering stakeholders to drive adoption of Microsoft AI Business Solutions
• Jointly lead the Modern Work / AI-powered Workplace initiative and participate in Security and AI expert communities housed within the Microsoft Competency Center
• Distribute architectural knowledge, reusable components, reference designs, and proven methods spanning Microsoft 365, Agentic AI governance, and Modern Endpoint technology
• Coach engineers and consultants to build stronger internal capability around designing and deploying Microsoft AI Business Solutions
• Create solution offerings, assessment frameworks, blueprints, and delivery accelerators centered on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Secure AI Productivity, and Modern Endpoint technologies
• Support Microsoft Practice Enablement efforts aimed at expanding Secure AI Productivity expertise throughout the organization
• Work alongside Microsoft field teams and internal partners to keep offerings and capabilities in step with Microsoft's shifting product roadmap, go-to-market focus, and co-sell possibilities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable experience within Microsoft 365 Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years spent in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level capacities
• Demonstrated history overseeing engagements involving teams of 5 or more full-time staff
• Advanced capability in Microsoft 365 architecture, with solid expertise covering at least two of the following: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, or Microsoft Teams
• Advanced proficiency in Entra ID, covering hybrid identity, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Identity Governance, and other related premium functionality
• Robust architectural understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, spanning readiness evaluation, the Microsoft 365 data and permissions framework, security, compliance, and deployment factors
• Solid grasp of Microsoft Purview functionality as it relates to securing Microsoft 365 and Copilot
• Strong architectural background in Copilot extensibility, agent frameworks, and Microsoft Agent 365 governance
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Advanced capability in at least one of the following: Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, or Azure Virtual Desktop, including knowledge of modern endpoint management and security principles
• Intermediate familiarity with Microsoft Defender and the wider Microsoft Security toolset
• Intermediate-level capability with Azure infrastructure, integration work, and DevOps methodologies
• Awareness of AI agent architecture and integration principles, covering REST, MCP, and agent-to-agent interaction patterns
• Working knowledge of Adoption and Change Management frameworks, such as PROSCI ADKAR
• Holding a relevant certification, which would be seen as a meaningful plus
