Position Summary - The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the company's HR function by developing and executing people strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, and organizational growth. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with employment laws, manages HR policies and programs, and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. Experience supporting U.S. immigration and employment visa processes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development, and offboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business goals and organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and workplace issues.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate compensation, benefits, training, and performance management programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to HR programs and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR projects and collaborate across departments to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Support employment visa and immigration processes, when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • U.S. immigration and employment visa experience is a plus.
  • Must be bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
