**Title: Financial Analyst**

**Reports To: Financial Planning \& Analysis Director**

Under the direction of the FP\&A Director, the Financial Analyst will manage and drive improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis. External Job Description: **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Preparation of long\-range plans, annual plans and quarterly forecasts * Perform weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting * Prepare financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year results * Serve as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning * Develop KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboard * Ad Hoc projects involving analysis and reporting * Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences * Other duties as assigned

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field * 3\+ years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to build relationships with other parts of the business * Strong business acumen and judgment * Ability to effectively simplify and communicate financial issues with associates and vendors outside of Finance * Proficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS Excel * CPA or MBA preferred * Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
