Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain accurate inventory records for plants, pots, tools, fertilizers, and consumable materials.

Track inward and outward stock movement on a daily basis.

Ensure proper stock updating in ERP/software systems.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
System & Data Management

Enter inventory data into internal software/ERP systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Maintain proper documentation related to stock and dispatch activities.

Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.
Coordination & Operations Support

Coordinate with nursery, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams.

Support vehicle dispatch planning and movement tracking.

Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries and stock availability.

Assist in material allocation and operational planning activities.
Warehouse & Material Handling

Ensure organized storage and tracking of inventory materials.

Support physical inventory checks and warehouse maintenance activities.

Maintain proper labeling and inventory categorization.
