About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential professional with a strong consulting background to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, commercial acumen, and execution excellence. The incumbent will work closely with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and internal leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, develop key accounts, and create scalable revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and develop relationships with enterprise clients across target industries.

Drive business development initiatives from opportunity identification through deal closure.

Candidate Profile
Education

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 institution.

Consistently strong academic record.
Experience

3–6 years of relevant professional experience.

Prior experience in a leading management consulting firm or Founder's Office will be preferred.

Experience working on growth strategy, market expansion, commercial strategy, GTM, transformation, partnerships, or customer strategy engagements.
