Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals with a strong background in sales & business development to grow education vertical.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL, develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand the organization structures, expand to new markets and channels and achieve revenue targets.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the BNPL space.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and support partners effectively.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.

8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per business requirements
