- ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- ✔ Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- ✔ Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Production Planning, and Operational Excellence.
- ✔ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver business results.
- ✔ Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is a distinct advantage.
