GPV Lanka is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our team on a 01-year fixed-term contract basis. This role will support procurement activities related to our Finland plant operations while being based in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Support procurement requirements related to Finland plant operations.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reports.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure material availability and production continuity.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in procurement or purchasing will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office / ERP systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
