Job Summary
- Bridge between business stakeholders and the technical data engineering team
- Responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping and acceptance validation
- Supports delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives across Anglo American Peru
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document and validate business requirements for data and reporting solutions
- Develop functional specifications and data mapping documents
- Coordinate UAT sessions with end users and document sign-off evidence
- Support Power BI / SAC dashboard design from a business perspective
- Maintain traceability matrix between requirements and delivered solutions
Skill Requirements
- Business analysis and process documentation (BRD, FSD)
- Power BI / SAC – report and dashboard validation
- ServiceNow (SNOW) for demand and incident management
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Fluent Spanish & English
