Job Summary
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - L3 Support : to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of critical production systems and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex incidents, automating operational processes, improving system resilience, and driving operational excellence across enterprise environments. The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure, cloud platforms, automation, observability, incident management, and DevOps/SRE practices
Key Responsibilities
erve as the highest technical escalation point for critical production incidents.
- Lead troubleshooting and restoration activities during major incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Minimize service disruptions and improve system reliability.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response activities.
Skill Requirements
Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Error Budgets.
- Improve system availability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Identify reliability risks and implement preventive measures.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
