Requirements
? Relevant N6 / National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field. ?5+ years experience in a maintenance management or senior maintenance role within a manufacturing/industrial environment. ?Strong knowledge of preventative and reactive maintenance. ?Experience managing maintenance teams and external contractors. ?Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. ?Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting and cost control. ?Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment. ?Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. ?Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
