Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct comparative market and gap analyses across property sectors. Design online surveys, analyze findings, and translate raw data into strategic insights and area profiles.

Project Management & Client Delivery: End-to-end management of research projects to meet deadlines and client briefs. Support client presentations and effectively communicate actionable findings.

Data Quality & AI Integration: Analyze industry datasets (e.g., Lightstone, SAPOA, Rode, TPN). Perform quality assurance on all outputs for accuracy and consistency, leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to boost efficiency without compromising analytical oversight.

Leadership & Development: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Market Researchers and interns while contributing to continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements:

Technical Expertise: Advanced MS Excel, large dataset analysis, and proficiency with real estate data platforms. Hands-on experience using AI tools for research workflows.
