Hiring: Operations Manager – CPR Chicken Traders LLP
CPR Chicken Traders LLP is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to supervise our chicken retail outlets in Kozhikode.
Responsibilities: **Manage daily operations of multiple outlets** Supervise staff, attendance, hygiene, and customer service **Monitor stock, sales, cash, UPI, expenses, and wastage** Coordinate chicken purchases, vehicle deliveries, and branch requirements **Conduct outlet inspections and submit reports** Improve sales, operational efficiency, and staff performance
Requirements: **3–7 years of experience in retail, supermarket, poultry, meat, FMCG, restaurant, or distribution operations** Strong leadership and problem\-solving skills **Knowledge of Excel, POS, and daily reporting** Malayalam required; hindi and English preferred **Willing to travel between outlets in Kozhikode**
Salary: ₹35,000–₹60,000 per month, based on experience, plus performance incentives.
