Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the complete operations and sales of our Digital Marketing and Creative Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations of digital marketing and creative projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Design, Content, and Development teams.
- Allocate resources and monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
- Develop and improve operational processes for better efficiency.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead sales initiatives for digital marketing and creative services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Meet with clients to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing and creative teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Foster collaboration between sales, operations, and creative teams.
- Resolve project-related challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Creative Agency, or Project Management.
- Proven experience in operations management and sales/business development.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing, and Creative Design.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
