Additional Information:

* This role is Permanent Full\-time, 76hrs/ fortnight * The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Team Leader * Applications close Friday 7 August 2026 * This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 5pm and 6am

(Overnight)

* As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday). * As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre\-employment check for final candidates. * Previous forklift driving experience and a valid forklift license are essential. Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As an Overnight Fulfilment Operations Team Leader (Inbound), your responsibilities include:

* Supporting operations at the main store (Innaloo) by managing daily operations, including

container receivals, unloads, internal site replenishment, and external replenishment for the store.

* Managing daily activities, rostering, breaks, and achieving KPIs for the Fulfilment Operations team. * Ensuring efficient warehouse systems for stock allocation, inventory control, and conducting investigations related to inventory discrepancies. * Leading recruitment, retention, and development of team talents to ensure a high\-performing, diverse team. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct and local regulations. * Continuously improving daily operations to enhance customer shopping experience through product quality, merchandising, and stock accuracy. * Promoting quality awareness, implementing local business plans/projects, and analysing workload to achieve operational excellence. * Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, while overseeing day\-to\-day managerial responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient fulfilment operations.
