AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 5 Days/Week) Employment Type: C2C / Full-Time (FTE) Experience: 6–8 Years Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade autonomous AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, cloud platforms, and production deployment of AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.
- Build intelligent workflows with multi-step reasoning, planning, and task orchestration.
- Develop scalable AI applications using Python and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and business applications.
- Implement memory management, tool calling, guardrails, and feedback mechanisms.
- Deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services.
- Monitor AI systems through logging, tracing, observability, and prompt management.
- Evaluate AI models for performance, latency, safety, hallucination detection, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of software engineering or AI/ML development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search), and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing AI agents with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-calling capabilities.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Understanding of Responsible AI, security best practices, prompt injection prevention, and AI governance.
Preferred Skills
- Multi-agent systems and enterprise Copilot development.
- Knowledge Graph implementation.
- Reinforcement Learning (RL).
- LoRA or LLM fine-tuning.
- MLOps/AgentOps experience, including monitoring, versioning, and observability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
